  • I hate to write a bad review. From the other reviews my experience was an exception. I took in my husband antique pocket watch to be cleaned. Month after month I went back and was given one excuse after another. After about three months I became aggressive and asked for the watch back that day. My request was refused. After a few more interactions of this nature the watch was returned. We were charged. Works the same as before it was taken in.
