Think twice before you want to visit this facility. I have been with this dental clinic when it used to be An Elegant Smile for probably 17 years. A good experience most times. Issues with billing could be resolved, check in was ok, and they usually never got me back in the chair anywhere near my appointment time but because Dr. Hagi was so good I always let it slide. But since the time Gental Dental took over this clinic itself seems much different. Recently I realized that I had invoices to pay going back to 2016 for multiple cleaning procedures that were not covered because it exceeds maximum visits or they didn't bill my medical, however have been told they don't bill medical. I had told them previously that I do not want any service that is not covered. I should have checked myself, however in the past cleanings were always covered at 0$ so I had no real reason to check. I haven't decided what I will do to find a new dentist, but its a hard decision to make since Dr. Hagi is truly a nice guy and great dentist. Clearly you can see your service is failing, what are you going to do about it?
