  • KB Homes design center. We just bought one of there homes in the Parks Committee out in San Tan Valley so I had a appointment with Denise. Very very nice lady. She help me and was very knowledgeable about all the product. I know what I liked but was very nerves about picking out floor, cabinets, tile, sinks etc. When done I wanted to look nice, no I want it to look fantastic. So I kept asking her does this all go together. She said yes it will look good. I did go first to a open house on wed. Night a couple weeks before I had the appointment and I took the sheets home and spent a lot of time looking it over writing down questions. The day of my appointment when very easy because I did my home work. I would tell everyone to go to a open house before there appointment, it will go faster and make it easier and you will leave feeling good about the things you pick for your brand new home. Thanks Denise for all your help.
