  • Edit at bottom We had a pretty good expierence with getting a new sofa through them. I absolutely recommend getting one of their insurance packages. I extra appreciated that they do free delievery, and for $50 they will take your old furniture away with them. The 4 stars is only because the couch that we ended up ordering arrived later than we had hoped, and parts of it were not to the standards we would have expected. Still, the staff was very friendly, and service was smooth. I would look into getting more furniture from them in the future. **EDIT** After months of dealing with the store for the last few months, since November 2016, we have had nothing but problems and absolutely awful customer service. We have now had 2 broken couches, and it does not look like there is a resolution to this any time in the near future. Do not spend money here.
