i will leave my original problem and explain why i changed from 1 to 3 stars. Stacey contacted us and we got a very good explanation on what happened and it really was some miss communications partly from our doctor as well as some on Steinbergs employee. We are happy with the explanation and the time Stacey took with us. Again i want to thank Stacey she is a outstanding employee and we appreciate her contacting us. Wife was sent there for a mammogram they did the mammogram and told her they needed the film from desert radiology to compare it too. (so we went and got it brought it back) and then they sent a letter saying breast was dense but will follow up next year. Then the doctor called to tell us they recommended a ultrasound so we made a appointment for a ultrasound 11:00 A.M. when we got there they then told wife she had 2 appointments one at @ 11:30 and 12:00 P.M. and she needed to get a mammogram and a ultrasound. Also they wanted the cd from desert radiology to compare it too. the film was given to them once already plus they had there own previous mammogram to compare it too.
