The service department is absolutely deplorable! The majority of complaints on this board are about the service department. I have been taking my daughters car in for service for the last year. The last 4 times I have had it in because the sensor comes on and tells me to check the tires. They give the car back and tell me it is fine. Now the 4th time I come in for this issue and the first thing the tell me is my regular service guy has been fired because he was doing things he is not supposed to ( whatever that means) and my alignment is off and it has ruined my tires, so I need to replace 2 of my tires. I have had my car in 3 times before now for this exact issue and been told there is nothing wrong with it. Today I come in for the 4th time and am told that not only is my regular service guy so bad that he was fired, but there actually IS something wrong, and now my car with less than 18K miles need 2 new tires. If Tempe Nissan would have caught this the FIRST time I brought it in I would not need two new tires. How is this my fault, I bring the car in because clearly I know nothing about cars and trust them to take care of it. Complete waste of time and money. Go anywhere else, but don't trust you vehicle here. Also the "supervisor" mike is a completely worthless POS. Totally dodging my calls and avoiding me. What a wimp. If you make a mistake own up to it and fix it, but don't hide and have your employees say you are not available. Unbelievable that someone that is a supervisor acts like that. No wonder the turnover in this place is so high, and the reviews are so bad.
