  • My BF loves fried chicken, whereas I'm not too big on peeling meat off bones for dinner. He had 3-4 coworkers tell him we had to try this place out and we finally made it this past weekend. He ordered a 2 white piece meal with fries and cole slaw, I had the blue ribbon sandwich, their original and we split the smokey mac & cheese. Order at the counter, and have a seat, they'll call you when it's ready and deliver to where ever you're seated. They have cane sugar sodas too! His review on the fried chicken was just so juicy and tasty! I thought my sandwich was good, but not overwhelmingly WOW! I didn't really taste their signature sauce on the sandwich. The fries are the really skinny fries (smaller than McDonald's) but they give you a lot of them. The mac & cheese was meh....needed some salt imo. Cole slaw was fresh and good. They have a variety of squirt bottle sauces at the table to appease everyone's taste buds. Chipotle Honey, Wasabi Honey, Wildflower Honey, Traditional BBQ, Habanero, etc. The Chipotle honey was my favorite. We will probably come back again, but with the amount of food we ordered this go round, we'll elimnate the shared side next time as it was way too much food.
