  • So a small error was made in the event my debit card was accidentally given away to another patron, nightmare! However I was incredibly impressed how the situation was handled. Not only was my bar tab taken care of, Michael Kogan also gave me as well as my friends drinks as well as paying for an uber to go pick up my debit card from another bar and return it back to me before I left. In my opinion this is the epitome of customer service! So thankful the mistake was not only corrected but to feel like he really cared about returning my lost item. Fellow service industry worker approved.
