  • Nope won't go back. I needed to ship a firearm to San Antonio and this place was close to home. I called about shipping and was given a quote. I went in on a Saturday and was told the gun would be packaged and sent out on Monday. I was promised a tracking number later that day. I called on Monday and asked about the tracking number. I was told the gun was packaged but they were having computer issues and could not get a tracking number but I would be given one by the end of the day. That did not happen and I called on Tuesday and was told the gun was ready to be packaged and would ship today and arrive on Thursday. What? Who lied here? I was told it was packaged. Bottom line is it did not go out on Tuesday and will not arrive until Monday. Lies and bad service.
