Where do I start? My older daughter had an appointment with Allison she waited 3-4 weeks for her appointment to have 4 other employees do the work. Allison did nothing but cut her hair. She had 5 customers in at the same time. Two customers were complaining including the employees who had to stay due to the amount of customers at one time. My daughter had 3 people foiling her hair at one time. Not so enjoyable. Actually quite stressful.
It gets better..Allison talks my younger daughter into doing a rinse while she is waiting with my other daughter. She tells her that it will make the ends more golden. Well, surprise, all the highlights are gone and she has brown hair with no highlights. She had the nerve to say my daughters hair was orange and she fixed it. I have pictures and it's not true. My daughter was quite upset. I went down to address it. Allison didn't seem to have time to speak with me and finally came out with an attitude. She defended herself and said she never told my daughter it would be golden. Never offered to fix it or put the highlights back in. Pretty much called my daughter a liar. I believe if she was taking care of customers one by one as she is getting paid for. Perhaps there would be better results.
So then I ask for the manager. She was not in. She authorized a $30 refund. I requested a phone call on Saturday and still haven't heard. She must not be concerned about fixing my daughters hair either. If we wanted to have Allison supervise while the others do the work, we would have went with another stylist.
Terrible customer service! I understand mistakes happen, but usually the situation would be made right. Not a this place. Very disappointed! I guess we should have read the reviews before scheduling.
