  • First of all, it doesn't hurt that Alberta Health Care covers the entire cost of my doctor's visits... but still a 4-good experience. I walked past this centre almost daily seeing their signs for 'Female Doctors Accepting New Patients' and kept it at the back of my mind since it's within an easy stroll from home. When I got sick and needed a doctor's certificate for work this place was my first call. I ended up going here twice and both times they were able to get me in for a same day appointment. I waited about 15 minutes each time, but was in and out within 30 minutes. Both times the doctor was friendly, with my second doctor being particularly thorough on my visit. This is a new centre (built in April 2015) and houses a pharmacy and physio in the same building. From a quick look the pharmacy seemed to be a bit pricier than you would find at Shoppers or Safeway, but pretty convenient. They also allow walk-ins and the pharmacy does flu shots.
