  • I have been going to the McDowell office for several years and two of my doctors have left or retired, so I see a NP. I have asthma that is well controlled and usually come here once a year. This office gives me a feeling of being a BIG conglomerate, and every time I have an appt I wait an hour to be seen, especially this last time. Prescriptions have been messed up, I have left msgs on voice mail and havent gotten return calls, I brough this up with the office manager last year and I try not to even come here anymore. I may be looking for a smaller office to go to.
