  • I did not see myself writing reviews for a franchised discount tire store when I first started yelping.... however when you are treated this well you have to tell others! So I was kind of broke last week (probably eating out too much) and I got a flat, not only a flat but most my tires were really worn out.... it was time for new tires, dang. So into Discount Tire I go head hung low, I have to throw down major coin for some tires.... my car has larger than normal tire.... aka $$$$$. So I explain to the gentleman behind the counter my predicament, he kindly helps me select a good set of tires. I'm in and out in like an hour and $450 more poor. So why am I writing a review? Well I flew home to Cali the next day (after dropping my car off at the body shop to get a bumper fixed.... bad month) I return Saturday pick my car up Monday and then Monday night after watching the D'Back's get slaughtered, I get out to my car to discover ANOTHER flat!!! Uhg, put the spare back on, and discover at some point I had driven over a nail, dag'um.... my now flat (near cheapest) tire they sell at Discount Tire store will surely not be replaced for free, it is not THEIR fault that I ran over a nail, that's not a manufacture problem right. Well I took it in the next day and in about half an hour (they had to send someone to a nearby Discount Tire Store to get another one of my tires) they had a new tire on my car, they checked all my air pressures and put away my spare for FREE!!! No questions, no problems! That's good customer service..... Discount Tire, I'm buying my tires from you forever!
