  • If I could leave zero stars I would. This company was referred to me by Nest after I was trying to install the Nest thermostat. They were contacted by Nest and informed of the Honeywell thermostat I currently have and we agreed to the job and the price of $150 for installation. The guy shows up and had a very brief look at my thermostat and AC unit and said actually, sorry it's not compatible and then proceeded to bill me $75 for DIAGNOSTICS OF AC system. Outraged doesn't even come close. They quote a job and say they can do it and then bill me 50% just for saying it can't be done?! Horrible service, stay well clear!!!
