rev:text	NOT very Happy, First the Office Staff sucks. I had my Dogs ears cropped and was told I would get a call after her surgery to let me know how she was doing ( this was at 8 am) By 2 pm did not hear anything so I called and was told they would call me back they had no info. by 4 still nothing called again, told same thing, at 6 still nothing called again and again told the same thing. my Husband called at 8 and told them he was on his way down there, that's when He got a call Back. She had to stay over night and was told I would get a call when she was ready about 8 am to be picked up. Again NOTHING by noon so I just drove in to get her. The Staff never returns calls or gives you the run around. Second time : when I decided to Crop my dogs ears I would told it was $350 TOTAL care INCLUDING ALL the after care..... (( even asked 3 different people and was told the same thing)) now I've had two other dogs ears cropped at other vets and that about what it cost with ALL the after care included. but not here, after 3 weeks of going into them NOW they tell me NO all the after care is NOT covered and its going to cost me $$$ more. and of chores I HAVE TO PAY IT NOW THAT HER EARS ARE CROPPED if I want them to stand They give people the run around , they don't tell you ALL the fees and your stuck with more fees for after care, the office staff sucks, the back staff look fresh out of jail and NO ONE is friendly at all, office is run down and dirty giving it two stars because over all I HATE this place but I do like the Vet and he seems like he knows what he's doing with ears
