Yesterday, I did walk in for hotel college office. The front desk people seems so patientless. I was not quite sure why they wanted me make appointment instead of walk in. Yes. The girl was Megan Kolvenbach who met me in her office. Right beror that, she was complain about me to the front desk girl. However, her attitude was bad when we talked in her office. She Seemed like just want to get rid of me. In addition, she addressed my question so poorly( the answer was not useful and obviously everyone knows it) why would I waste my time for something not useful. Really sad .... UNLV needs you guys do better job.
