| - I'm here for a week with my Company using one of the conference rooms for training.
I have mixed feelings about the place. Although the room is nice, and everything seemed to be well organized, the food seemed to be very mediocre.
We have a nice big room, that's always on time with coffee, lots of tea selection and the proper utensils. Breakfast for us was always fruit (melons usually, so cheap) and muffins/pastries (not the healthiest). I would bring in my own yogurt and berries.
During the afternoons, we'd get cookies (but I would like to have fruit). The cookies weren't warm, but they were tasty and sweet and fatty. Yum.
Lunch was mediocre. Burgers the first day, creamy soup, some creamy chicken the next day, some creamy pasta the next day with creamy chicken. It never tasted very good. Desserts were some cakes which were okay.
It's no wonder everyone is sleepy and feeling groggy after lunch.
I was impressed with the service. They lady would clear our tables, give us soup etc , and she was really friendly.
They have free wifi here, and the password changes Fridays.
We usually go across the street to the Four Points, but it's all the same old.
Beats me why we have to have a training so far in Mississauga when the majority of the people are all from outside of the city!!
edit: oh man, the last day lunch was "do it yourself sandwiches. bread, and cold cuts. Wow how lazy
