  • This place is by far one of my favorite places. In reading some of the reviews I feel we fail to find the good and only the bad. This place has nothing been but good and professional. I witnessed a few HIGH EXPECTATIONS from customers who walk in and want everything to happen RIGHT NOW, when other customers have appointments and those who are willing to wait. If you have never had a callus remover and not sure how your skin will react. DONT do it! Or ask them to sample a small area first . if you have a wax and not sure how your skin will react DONT do it, or sample a small area. There is too much negativity for me to handle and not speak up, as well as some exaggeration in my opinion, I am simply wanting to say that there is always 2 sides to a story and not all negative reviews are quite the full truth. I have never had a problem with this place not even in the least. Nor from my friends whom I have referred. I have never witnessed any employee including the owner be rude and not accommodating. If it takes 3 hours to get both mani and pedi done, then they are spending quality time with you or trying to fit you in when you never had an appointment in the first place. Dont go if you are not willing to spend time for yourself or if you are in a hurry. I personally have never had to wait 3 hours for both. Certain circumstance are out of their control at times. Understand that this is a business willing and wanting to please. These employees have never been pushy other than to offer other upgrades. You can say "NO". You have that right. This place is by far 5 stars for me.
