Southwest Gas customer service is HORRIBLE! Why does your company insist on hiring incompetent, impatient, non compassionate type of people to service your customers. If I had a choice to go with another company, believe me I would. Instead of gulging your customers with high rates and not being able to answer as to why, you should train your staff on how to ask the right questions so maybe before turning off someone's gas because the wrong question was asked I wouldn't be here giving you a bad review. And for the record, Lisa in your emergency after hour dept. @ #877-860-6020 very rude!!! She talks over you and has the nerve to say, we (Southwest) have a lot of other people to service really? as if my needs were not important as the next. Maybe you should be in a house during the cold season with no heater nor no hot water or stove to cook. I guess this is what happens when a company is monopolized hmmm...shaking my head.
