  • I read about the strong recommendations for the bun bo hue here and decided to try a bowl before my trek back to Orange County. The bun bo hue is pretty solid. The broth was tasty but probably could have used a bit more of a spice kick. Noodles was a little sparse but still adequate. Meat was tender but no pork blood because they apparently ran out. The soy milk was fresh and the iced coffee was pretty good. Service was fantastic.
