I went to this location during lunch, nice sales guy at the front greeted me - told me he would be up front if I had any questions. I looked at a few couches and sectionals - sat down in a few. Then the nice sales guy shows back up with some big guy that looked general manager-ish or security? Regardless he told me about this set of couches I was looking at - Cindy Crawford line - he attempted to upsale the protection product and warranty etc. I told him I wanted to finish looking at their stock. After sitting in about 3 more couches - the big guy started hovering around where ever I would go. I explained in front of him that I needed everything as I'm moving - you'd think he'd give me some space instead of treating me like I might be a criminal or making me feel uncomfortable - way to lose several thousand dollars big guy. Hopefully Tyndall Furnature or one of the many many MANY other furnature stores treats me with the respect every customer deserves. Ended up buying my couch from Tyndall Furniture those folks are super honest and tell you exactly what you need to know and what you need to look for in quality.
