rev:text	I needed a service appointment quick and Audi of Charlotte came through for me in a tight spot and got me a loaner so I could carry on with my day (and finish packing for a trip that I was leaving for that night). I was super impressed with the service and ease of the whole process! I did not purchase my car here so I really appreciated the friendly service despite that. Totally different from my experience at Northlake (which was awful). Ask for Charles, he is awesome!
