  • Been to this location twice now - once for winter tires and just had an oil change done. Both times they have been super friendly and accommodating and polite and they can handle walk ins too. You can also book an appointment directly on their website if that's easier for you. Great staff, they give you options and provide a detailed price break down and are very honest. Unlike many other chains like Mister Lube/Transmission, I never once have felt pressured for all of the stupid up sells that they throw in your face and basically bully you into. Active Green and Ross is efficient and fair, and they call you with the results of a 30 point inspection before you return to pay for the oil change/service. Best price around! I will continue to go there time and time again.
