  • Do not go with this company. The owner (who I think is called Tom) who is also the tech comes out, diagnoses your machine an upsells you. "Oh you need this", "oh this will go out soon, they are known for going out". He told me what the main problem was. A $220 magnetron turned into $600! I paid him his $110.00 trip fee and said I would think about it. I ended up buying the part for $90 an changing it myself. Ends up that the magnetron was fine. The problem was something else that was $15. I called, his wife Barbara answered an said she would have him call me. That was a month ago. Would you have this man come to your house? Typical dirty upselling mechanic. It always works on those that don't understand how to fix their cars or appliances.
