  • Leslie is absolutely AMAZING!!! FCFS did exactly what they said .. 3.375%, a 10-year reduction, got rid of the 2nd, and for not much more than the original mortgage. Having said that, maybe another company might have been good enough to do that -- I'd like to think maybe somebody might have, but going back to Leslie, she is just SO conscientious and on top of her game, she looks at the big picture and comes up with an elegant -- and simple -- solution, and then makes it happen right away! So This is my 3rd experience with FCFS and I just cannot say enough good things.
