Having come to Arizona from Hawaii, I am a HUGE sushi fanatic. I love it! I can eat it everyday. As a result, I am beyond picky about my sushi.
This place offers some unique twist to traditional sushi. Some work, some don't. My advice, be adventurous and try some of the chef's originals.
I forgot what I ordered (although I am not implying it is forgettable) since it has been a few weeks since I ate there, but I do remember it was super fresh. We ordered at least 6 different rolls, miso soup, and tea to get a good feel for the place. The bill was around $80 (no alcohol was ordered), so it was somewhat reasonable.
All in all, best in Chandler I have had so far, but average on the list for someone who has lived in Japan and lived in the land "amazing" sushi.
