rev:text	BEWARE OF TAGLIO! I am giving TAGLIO a NEGATIVE 3 stars.. thats -3 NOT 1... Ok, here it goes... Not to sound like a snob but I will preface by saying that I have been to some of the best salons and spas in the world. Bumble n Bumble , Frederick Fekkai and John Barrett all in NYC to name a few and my last and final experience at Taglio in Phoenix was absoutely TERRIBLE. I had been a loyal customer of Taglio Salon for about 3 years. Had nothing but positive pleasant experiences there and infact referred a number of friends because I was so happy there. Recently about a half dozen or so of their BEST stylists and colorists left. These people must have been the most talented and NICEST people they had because since they left (and opened up their own salon called Plush) Taglio has seriously gone down hill. Back in March, I decided to leave my hair cutter at Taglio (she was sweet woman who was conservative with my cuts as I had request although it always felt like something was not 100% right with the layers) with that said I was referred to Jack at Etch in Kierland (I'm very happy there) In any case, at that point I decided to continue doing my color at Taglio. I went to Stuart and Monica both very talented colorists. My hair is single process dark brown a relatively easy coor job to do. So, I went in last Saturday to get my color (I only go over 4 months or so) and honestly I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN AND WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT TAGLIO IS HORRIBLE. I sat there and was ignored for 10 mins and when I was finally brought to the back I waited another 15 mins sitting next to the woman (who at the time I had no idea) was scheduled to do my hair. She was with another client just finishing up (as I later found out) although it would have been nice for her to say "excuse me, I'm jus tfinishing up and i'll be right with you" but NO... NOTHING... She said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The rest is peretty much irrelevant although the principle is that since those people left that place has been TERRIBLE. In the past my experiences were terrific, the staff was friendly, kind and warm and my experience the other day was absolutely OPPOSITE OF THAT.. IT was in fact completely UNACCEPTABLE.
