  • I have never experienced such crap service. My son has been waiting for pre approved services. The office reps of absolute dental said they were waiting on our insurance for approval. Come to find out they hadn't even faxed the request until almost a month later. However they were absolutely ok with prescribing my 7yo son whatever pain medication they can while they take their time doing their job. The wait is always 30-50 min beyond our appt time
