  • I echo April W.'s review. I'd give zero stars if I could. We had almost the exact same experience while having a house built. Horrible customer service and it seems like their designers have no idea what options are available, what is standard in the home, or any detailed information about the products they are selling. Additionally, they offered zero assistance in putting together a cohesive design for the house, and it seemed like we were bothering her when we asked questions. It was a complete waste of 4 hours, requiring a 2nd visit. The second designer was a bit better, but we still had several items that were never brought up, and we just had to live with what was done. For something so important as your home, they should know what they are doing. I encourage everyone to STAY AWAY.
