The service at this dealership is getting worse...
I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time (7:30 am) for a warranty service. I asked when I would get the car back. They said by noon. I got a shuttle to work. At 1pm I still had not got a call, so I called. The rep said it wasn't done yet so I told him I needed the car bay 3:30 because I had an event to go to at 4pm. He said no problem.
At 3pm, still no call, so I called back and the rep said it's almost ready so he was going to send the shuttle to pick me up. I waited until 3:30 but the shuttle didn't show. I called the dealership back and said the shuttle had not arrived and I can't wait any longer so I will have to pick up my car after 7pm. There is no shuttle service after 5pm, so a friend drive me to the event and then drop me off at the dealership at 7pm. WORST customer service experience that I've had from a dealership and I never received an apology for the trouble they caused me.
