The only thing this place has going for it is the location.
The hotel itself is pretty outdated. The internet is pretty terrible. I couldn't get reliable access for the life of me. It cut out right before an meeting I had with my boss, so I had to take my phone off airplane mode and call back to the US, costing me extra. After that I went to Starbucks every evening for my meetings.
The pool is outdoors. Whose genius idea was that to have an outdoor pool in Calgary? Jimminy Christmas. The workout room is pretty meager as well. I might consider staying here again because it's the only hotel in this part of town, but it's a shame because I'd pay much more if there were a superior hotel close by.
