  • After reading all the great reviews I decided to check out some services so I made a appointment for bright and early 9:30. The first they were pretty friendly and my sns nails came out great toes were ok. This one star is completely base off the experience I just had :( Fast forward to today, this was my second time in and came back because I liked how the nail tech did my nails but could not remember the lady's name being I've only been there once before so I just said anyone could do my nails. I did not have an appointment this time but was there same time 9:30. I was the first client to walk in and I was asked what I needed and explained and also told them I did not have an appointment as soon as I said that I was told just sit down for a while and we can see if we can do, next two different women with appointments walk in and they are being helped immediately. There was enough staff just waiting around were they couldn't have helped those with appointments and started me, why stand around when you have a paying customer and there's like 6 or more of you all just eating, chitchatting etc. Ok ill try and some up my visit so this doesn't get to long. I was forgotten about until a lady came and asked what I needed so I explained again. Where she than told me to walk to The other side and go sit down the nail tech than asked what I wanted I said sns fill/ stiletto shape, I stopped her in the middle of doing them and say I'm don't think your understanding, I asked to talk to someone at the front(manger) were the manger she said she's not done and I explain again what I want I told them I've been here before and enjoyed my experience but this is becoming a nightmare. I than sat back down thinking we finally are going to get this right but to my amazement they all started talking ( not in English) and than The lady that originally told me to go have a seat came over and tried to convince me over and over I did not know what I was talking about. I've been getting my nails done well over 20 years so than I thought explained to her step by step how to do. Today was really a joke not relaxing at all. I told them I wanted a polish change on my toes when I originally walked in but that was not happing at all I ran out of there before I exploded. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A DISASTER!! Did not get what I wanted or asked for and left with polish left on my thumb
