  • We initially contacted ACLV to get a quote for the installation of a new A/C system in the house. There was nothing wrong with our current systems, but did want to get one of them replaced before summer hit since they are 22 years old. We also wanted to get a super efficient system to cut down on the summer electricity bill. We got quotes from 3 companies including the contractor through Costco, all for Lennox systems. Chris came out and went through both systems and explained in detail how exactly they would install the new system. He was very professional and knowledgeable without any high pressure sales tactics. The ACLV quote did come back the lowest and they did earn our business since I also had confidence in them that the job would be done right(which to me is more important than the price). They came out and installed the new system in the second floor attic the following week. The guys showed up when they said they would and were professional and friendly. They did have to open up the access hole in the ceiling a little larger to fit the systems, but it was repaired the next day by one of their contractors. They also rerouted some ducting, installed an electronic air filter and a UV lighting system. The pricing on this was also much lower than the competition. Everyone was great to deal with and they're now my go to A/C company.
