  • This is a HORRIBLE establishment! Bartender Janelle was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and DISGUSTING! As a customer we have every right to question the bill. Janelle was offended and told me to get out or she'll call the cops for not paying the bill! Asked for a manager and low and behold she claims that "She's the Manager". Imagine that! Janelle "The Manager" need A LOT of lessons on anger management and customer service! If the Owner doesn't take care of Janelle, sadly this establishment may go out of business! WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER step a TOE in this Kopper Keg again!!!!!
