  • I bought my Kia Sportage from this dealership last September and have been taking it there every few months to get the oil changed. I couldn't be happier with my Sportage and so far no issues with the car. After the one year mark, it was time for an inspection. I took my car in on a Saturday and the receptionist whom I talked with over the phone for the appointment booked me for an oil change instead. Normally this wouldn't be a problem however my time slot was for 11:30 and the mechanics go to lunch from 12-1. They told me the car wouldn't be done until after 1 and I would have to wait. Of course I was not happy about this and gave them my number to call when the car was done and went off to Kohls across the street. To my surprise they called within an hour to say that my car was done. They talked the mechanic into taking his lunch late to get my car done and apologized numerous times for the mistake of the receptionist. I am extremely appreciate to them for fixing this problem which allowed me to continue on with my day.
