  • I wish I could give 6 stars...heck, a hundred stars. When it comes to caring and customer service, the Olmstead team didn't just hit a home run, they whacked the ball so hard it bounced off the hull of the International Space Station. This may appear to be a bit hyperbolic, but it's not often that one is blown away the way I was with this group of fantastic people. Our realtor, Laura Owens, is a whirlwind of energy and efficiency. During our home search, she paid very close attention to what we were looking for in a home and directed our searches accordingly. Watching Laura work her magic while viewing homes was a sight to behold. She reminded me of an Erin Brockovich or a Jerry McGuire. Yet, at her core, she possesses a maternal disposition that succeeds in warming the hearts of everyone around her. (My wife and I are actually going to miss viewing homes with her for this reason the most.) In the end, she fought with the tenacity of a pack of wolverines so that we got the perfect home for us. Were it not for her and the reputation of the Olmstead Team, I am certain the home would have gone to another buyer. Mark Wyant was also instrumental in this whole process. His title is listed as "Lead Buyers Agent", but I am thinking it should be listed as "Master-of-Everything". The inspection, appraisal, various walk-throughs, title paperwork,...honestly, there is too much to list. Bottom line, Mark was there every step of the way. He could have simply chosen to guide us by email or phone, but instead he was there, in person, to ensure everything went off without a hitch. This proved to be invaluable. He was a pillar of support and a bastion of information. Tenisha Grant's correspondence and attention to detail was top-notch. If we had questions or issues, she was very quick with a reply. Every 'i' was dotted and every 't' crossed no doubt thanks to her. We also had the opportunity to meet Bill, himself, and he was friendly and supportive. All-in-all, we could not be more pleased with our experience with the Bill Olmstead Team. We were pleasantly surprised every step of the way and cannot thank them enough for the experience.
