  • I am extremely disappointed that the owner of this place would hire inexperienced teenagers to run this place. When I went to book a birthday party for my son, I told the girl working that I purchased a groupon and she said it was fine. Groupons are fully paid for and she said she needed to get my cc number as standard procedure to hold my reserved party date in case of cancellations. She said I wasn't being charged cause the party is fully paid for on the groupon. So I had the party on date reserved and things went fine and I had originally thought it was a fine place that I would recommend and do another party here. Then I checked my cc account and see I was charged the 75 dollar cancellation deposit. I thought well it was a mistake and I'll call them. This twit teenager boy answered the phone claiming he was in charge and said they don't do "refunds." I told him this is not a refund on services but an overcharge they did by mistake and I need to be credited. The idiot just kept saying no refunds and when I asked for his name and the owners he refused. Then he pretended he was calling owner to see what to do but of course no one was available he said. I told him if I don't get a credit on the overcharge or hear from a real manager or owner, I will dispute the charges. No one returned my call so I called my cc to dispute. Maybe this twit was the owner's son and that is just bad business to have inexperienced "kids" running your business. I will report them to BBB as well. I will not return to this place and I hope others take care in not getting ripped off by this place as they can't be trusted. I should have read recent bad reviews of this place as well.
