rev:text	Thai Chili is my favorite Thai restaurant in Cleveland. The Tom yum soup is the best. The owners are super nice and friendly. I usually come in for the lunch special which is a great deal. You get a spring roll and cup of Tom yum soup for starters before the meal. I'd like to come back and try the dinner menu, it looks good.
