  • Customer service at pick-up was great. I accidentally left some birthday gifts I had received in the vehicle when I dropped it off and they mysteriously disappeared in under a day. I understand it was my mistake leaving them in the vehicle, but I know they were left there and to say the items are not in lost in found is ridiculous. Glad I don't have to rent cars often apparently the people that work their are thieves.
