  • This was my first time at this particular location and I am not a fan. However, I am a big fan of the overall chain. Pros: The drink tasted decent. And the establishment has enough seats. Cons: The staff here don't seem to accommodate "hot" drinks as well as other locations. I ordered a red bean milk tea hot the other day and the cashier kept trying to talk me into getting warm instead. After a little back and fourth she agreed in the end. When I got my drink, it was closer to warm than hot. So that was a bit disappointing. The floor is also really sticky around the area where you get your drink.
