HORRIBLE SERVICE IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL IT THAT!! Went in, the guy said they would change my cap & if I had problems to come back. Well the next day my check engine light was on again, guy said "no appointment, just come in" I arrive & wait over 20 mins for someone to assist me. Then the guy (in front of other customers) tells me I need an appointment, & when I mention that's not what I was advised he BELITTLES me in front of everyone saying "Well am I supposed to serve you & make these people wait?" HORRIBLE!! RUDE!! Called the Customer Care line for several days, Jasmine never ever spoke to me. Useless as a manager! WILL NOT BE RETURNING. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
