  • HORRIBLE!!!! I had taken my 2 labs there for a bath, brush and nail trim. When they went in, they smelled. When they came out, they still smelled! My one had cowlicks all over his fur, it looked like he hadn't even been brushed, just stuck under a dryer. The other one had urine on his paw that was still there when he got out. I went home and called and was offered a do over. When we got there, there was a horribly rude woman who checked them in and she was arguing with me and smelling my dogs and wanted to know where the urine stain was and was almost calling me a liar. It was horrible and offensive. When we got them back out, same thing, but this time they had been washed, but still cowlicks everywhere, just blasted them under the dryer and didn't brush them. I feel like I paid a lot of money just for them to get their nails clipped and a bandana that I asked them not to put on my dogs. Never again!!!!
