  • Just planed to change oil, but finally had to spend $111.03 for unnecessary maintenance for a brand new car. Handled by Greg Snyder and he said I would entitled for free for the next oil change. Asked him for the copy which entitle me for oil change next time, he said already updated on the system. But, he just lied basically after few months back for oil change handled by Michael Olden, he just sarcasm smiled and said no such a free oil changed on my data. Finally after waited for 2,5 hours oil change with such a suck customer service my final decision, never come back and deal with this unprofessional dealer. Never again!!!
