  • Shitty experience at cobble stone auto spa. Bad customer service. I spent 200 in the last couple days here getting my car waxed and washed. Unfortunately they did a crappy job every time, always missed something. I Pay for a fast pass for the exterior of one of my cars and wanted to switch it from The truck I wouldn't be driving any more, they told me they couldn't look it up. They couldn't figure it out. So I asked them if I could go through since I was pressed for time at the moment and they told me no you will have to pay for a 3 dollar car wash. They have seen me multiple time at this car wash, the guy (didn't get his name) told me to come back a different day or when I had my pass. He recognized me from a time before when I was there, he knew I had the pass! I'm going to cancel my fast pass here and won't be returning. The guy was a Mexican guy with a goatee wearing one of the green shirts. Not good customer service. I thought it might have been different with the new owners, service wise. I was very very wrong.
