Dined there on Dec 5 to celebrate my nephew's birthday. There were ten of us. The server was nice but the kitchen was extremely slow and unorganized. The food came out at different times and was cold! When I brought this to the attention of the manager, at least I assume she was the manager because she wasn't wearing the Hooter's costume, she was uninterested, unfriendly and never came to the table to check back in. We sat with empty glasses most of the night. With so many other places to eat in downtown Phoenix, I would never go back and neither would most in my party, except my nephew, who goes there for a whole different reason.
