  • Bought a Groupon for two hot oil mani/pedi for Mother's Day. Made an appointment a month in advance. On the day of the appointment, the building was closed. Called the number on the Groupon and a lady answered. Told her that I was at the business for the appointment. She said she didn't see my name and that she had an appointment at 130. She asked if I could come later. I told her no, that I would get a refund from Groupon. No sorry no nothing. Had the day planned for Mother's Day. I didn't let it ruin our day. We just went somewhere we knew they would be open.
