  • This company is garbage! If I could give them a shit emoji as their rating I would! I booked them and paid in full in December of 2016 for my 7-7-17 wedding. They were attentive and responsive and very quick to take my money, but once payment was made all communication was lost. I found them on the knot and found that they had these "awards" for whatever made up category they could get with their monthly fee to be featured on the knot. I should have known to question the price and the reality of them being a legit company. I would call and leave voicemails without returned calls. I would email daily without response. It was not until my husband reached out to the knot did they respond to me with an email for a Kevin Sullivan from their supposed legal department. I responded to his email with some questions I had and silence. Long story short after sending an email to this "legal department" and CC'ing the knot I received an email within 5 minutes claiming they were ready for my wedding. I sent the timeline as requested and heard nothing back. Mind you this was 2 weeks before my wedding. My wedding day was 7-7-17 and o requested they be at the venue by 2:30 at 3:45 nobody was there and nobody had reached out to myself or my wedding party. I emailed them the morning of my wedding requesting a phone call or text confirmation of someone being assigned and guarantee that they will Show up. I provided 4 different phone numbers and then my own for this to be completed and got nothing. I paid For 8 hours of Photo and video and ended up with 0 hours for both. I read their Yelp reviews a little Too late but never heard of anyone not showing so I gave them more credit than I should have. I hope you all take Your business elsewhere. They have been reported to the BBB several times and even the BBB cannot them to communicate. I am working with the Knot to have them removed from any associations with them. Disney is next on my list since they advertise Disney's Fairy Tale weddings on their website. I'm curious to know what Disney thinks of a company of such low standard advertising themselves as anyone worthy of working alongside them. If anyone else has had any similar issues with this business please reach out to me. I have a few things in the works for this poor excuse of a business and the stronger the evidence the better for us all who have been scammed.
