Sweet Note Desserts is a small little place that seats about 20-25 people. We went there on Friday night and it wasn't very busy. We were quickly seated and asked if this was our first time visiting and was advised of a 40 minute wait time for the Soufflé.
We decided to order their Matcha Creme Brûlée and a Baked Alaska with pineapple and coconut ice cream. The Creme Brûlée was pretty good, it wasn't too sweet and the consistency was nice. It was a fairly sized dish for about $6.
The Baked Alaska was disappointing for me. It looked great but only tasted ok. The flavor of the ice cream tasted a bit sour and was a little off putting. This was a bit more for about $9
I wouldn't mind going back but these dishes aren't something I'd crave to have to go back to. They gave us a stamp card at the end to encourage return visits. For every $5 spent you get one stamp and when you collect 10 you get $2 off one dish... Not that enticing. If you complete 5 stamp cards you become a VIP. I don't think I'll be going back enough for that status.
It's worth a visit if you're in the area but nothing special. Don't go out of your way for this place.
