This is a great spot for happy hour or after hour drinks. I recommend dining in the bar/lounge as the dining room is a little stiff. The bar is elegant and large with very comfortable bar stools. There are several TVs which are usually playing a sporting game of some sort. Our bartender, Tyler, was fantastic! They offer generously sized $6 martinis with well liquor. The price drops to $4.50 for happy hour, which is unbeatable!
Unfortunately, I wasn't terribly impressed with the food. It wasn't bad by any means but it was lacking. The pasta was quite overcooked, there was way too much cheese on the salads (thick slabs of bland mozzarella), the chicken piccata was somewhat bland, the sausage was extremely undercooked. So much so that we had it sent back to the kitchen. Tyler was very cool about it and gave us a cocktail on the house.
Although I'm a little disappointed with the food, I very much approve of the laid back bar scene and the extra friendly bartenders. With a little added passion in the kitchen, they will be well on their way to being one of the hottest spots in town.
Give it a shot, you may really enjoy it! It's got lots of potential.
