  • Needed home care for a family member and contacted Pat Erickson prior to arriving in Scottsdale. She realized my concerns and priorities and met me the day I arrived in Scottsdale to do an assessment of my family member. She had made arrangements for a caregiver to report the next day to our rental. The person was a perfect match to our needs. No waiting, no delays, super job to listen to what I said and place the right person to care for my family member. I highly recommend Pat for anyone in need of assistance with a love one. Pat is available to address all situations and needs. Very supportive providing an invoice to meet our long term care plan requirements. Just a real pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with her again next year
